What is the policy on tagging and labeling of the products?
Short of a limiting request, all products will bear an interior sewn-in tag indicating our name and contact information. All insulated products, or products with insulated sleeves, bear an additional outer tag. This embroidered tag depicts our US registered trademark: chill-n-go®. This label is your assurance of a quality product, and contains no other identifying information.
Promotional products may be shipped blind. Upon request, interior tagging may be limited to “Made in the USA”. Insulated products, or products with insulating sleeves, will retain our exterior trademark identification.
Some promotional, and all proprietary customers, require the inventory and application their own custom tagging. We’re happy to assist in sourcing and obtaining custom sew-in tagging – please call the plant to discuss parameters and derive cost estimates.
