How do you ship wholesale orders?
chill-n-go, Inc. contracts with Federal Express for all shipments in the continental US. Unless otherwise directed, we will choose the FDX shipment method of least cost. Time enhanced FDX shipment options include overnight, two and three day services.
Alternative shippers and shipment methods may be arranged – please call the factory. Please note that FDX is our sole shipper and that we have no shipping accounts with UPS, DHL or other common carriers.
Is some cases, upon foreign country entry, overseas shipments may incur duties and fees that are subsequently invoiced at a later date. Please call the plant to discuss applicability and how these charges are invoiced.
