FAQ

How do I fix a broken wheel?

While it is rare that our PU bearing-type skate wheels fail, it can happen. Thread, line, wire or other foreign matter may get wound around the wheel axle and bearing assembly; the molded wheel housing may break under severe shock force, or the wheel alignment may become askew due to attachment tightness.

Should a wheel assembly fail outside of normal wear and tear, we're happy to send a new wheel set and assist in replacement. We need to ascertain the exact wheel set required. This can be done via your order history, a few questions, and rarely if necessary, a picture or two.

Wheels will be shipped in sets (2). Necessary hardware will accompany the wheel shipment. We strongly recommend changing both sides and all hardware - even if only one wheel is problematic.
