All chill-n-go® domestic products are warranted to the original owner against defects in material(s) or workmanship. We will promptly and gladly address any problems or issues that may arise at no cost.
WHEELED BAG GUARANTEE
All chill-n-go® Wine On Wheels bags (WOW bags) are conditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Chill-n-go, Inc. warrants the product when used as intended by design. Basically, that means the bag is used to transport the number of bottles it has slots for; and that other items placed in the bag do not exceed the nominal or ‘unstressed’ measurements of the compartment intended for use.
WHEELS AND HANDLE SETS – conditionally, and on a case by case basis, warranted against defects in material or workmanship. Warranty adjustments may incur no costs and/or shipping/handling costs; all WOW bag hardware is also available for purchase.
TIME
Warranty time limits are purposely omitted. A shoulder bag properly used and cared for should last a lifetime and we’ll support that premise. A misused and un-cared for bag with moving parts (handles/wheels) will last a very short amount of time. On a case-by-case basis, we are committed to standing behind our products for as long a period as logic and common business sense allows.
